The ACE Negotiating Team would like to thank all ACE members for your strong, unified, visible support. With your efforts we have reached a tentative agreement (TA) with the District. You will be receiving copies of the TA along with additional information about next steps in the ratification process via U.S. mail in the coming weeks. Here are some highlights of the TA:
* Annual step language was preserved
* Longevity was preserved
* Work Calendar language was preserved
* Inroads were made regarding part-time issues
* Full cash out for annual leave over 30 days
In addition to step movement, the salary scale will increase 3% the first year, 2.25% the 2nd year, and 2% the third year of the contract.
In solidarity,
Susan Williams, Kristine Stout, Russell Jackson, Mike Fleckenstein, and Steve Ex
